I am James Motter, vatsim Pilot Training Development Manager Reporting to Mike Bevington. In real life I run the biggest flight school in New Mexico and am a teacher and pilot. If the flight school and FBO, vendo New Diamond aircraft, Diamond DA-20 C1 ECIPSA, Diamond Star DA-40 (w / booth G1000), and next year DA-42 Twin Stars, New Mexico and Arizona .

Aviation me started on the day I was born, I grew up as a USAF and traveled the world after my father, a pilot. Civil Air patrol, JR AFROTC, and then the Marines from the U.S., where I learned to repair avionics and during two years as a rescue swimmer Ch-46 helicopters Sar Cherry Point, North Carolina (Semper fi! ). After four years in USMC worked for three years as a technician repairing the General directorate of fixation, Ah, and HSI. I left the aircraft to go to the semiconductor business in 1983, the last 14 years at Intel Corp. as an engineering manager. Also, developed and delivered courses in physics, chemistry, and management and leadership, while at Intel. In 2004 I ran screaming from Intel and business life in Aviation and again, when I took my current job as Director General of Aviation in West Mesa, where my dream is to show that it could make a tube Aviation in general.

Update January 2006 job: I had a chance to show that you can make money in Aviation business, but as an employee as likely to explode. Most pilots I know have spouses with good jobs to supplement their income malungkot. But this is fun! Anyway, I left the FBO business, and I turned to work, hired on cotton in USA, LLC as maintenance manager in New Mexico. Now I'm making cotton balls!

I have an FAA certified commercial pilot and a CFI ticket at around 900 hours of time on most single engine and a few things like twins Cessna 414 and piper Seneca. This pales in comparison to my several thousand hours of flight simulators. I am a member of Satco / vatsim of 6-7 years and tried to control my hands for a while in Houston ARTCC under the late Eddie Chen. Recent approval from ABQ ARTCC control. I also vCommandant the spec Ops vatsim suit virtual U. S. Coast Guard and also some other staff of the VA with a long-time member of Tradewind Caribbean Airlines and Westwind Airlines, two of the Old Guard of the VA with powerful vatsim efforts. I also have about 20 files constructed scenarios and provides tips on freeware, most of seaplane bases in the Caribbean and on military bases spec Ops units.

In my free time I write a novel uses to do research on a cargo pilot flying props in Caribbean and I also write about life and death topic to a famous obituaries website..
