Altitude for direction of flight: This assumes RVSM - is there enough of the world left non-RVSM to even bother mentioning?
Clearance Format: This is region-specific - maybe make a mention that the items and order may be different in other countries, don't see a real need to edit it for every country in particular
Aircraft Equipment Suffixes: ICAO standard would be better then FAA specific.
VFR Weather Minima - That's USA-specific... not sure if it's worth putting in other countries, or mentioning that it is USA specific and pointing to the appropriate PRC page that has regional info.
"Route Selected" information - Maybe change to, "Consult terminal area chart for VFR corridors through Class Bravo, or other designated airspace", and "ATC Clearance and/or two-way communication may be required in certain classifications of airspace, visit (link to PRC page that talks about classifications with regional breakdowns) for specifics" Gets it away from the US-Specific, without lengthening the overall document too much.
